
Since right after my son birthday party I'm craving of eating crabs because when one of my friend brough a crabs on my son birthday party. I had only eat one piece of crab because I don't have time to eat. So today, after I drop off my son to school. I went straight to the beach for a walk for 30 minutes then when I am done. I drive straight to the asian supermarket 3 minutes where I lived. It's cost $3.69 per lbs, I know expensive, but I am craving so I bought a little more 2 lbs., when I came home this afternoon. I cook the crabs with coconut milk and added water spinach. Here's my recipe made from scratch.
Ingredients
2 1/2 lbs blue crabs ( clean and wash
1 can coconut milk
1 cups water
ginger root ( sliced)
1 meduim onion ( sliced)
Dash of salt
Dash of pepper
Water spinach ( this is optional whether you want to add this veggie or not)
Preparation:
In big pot, add onion, ginger root then add crabs, The crabs had to face up so the coconut milk will saute inside the crabs while cooking and boiling. Add coconut milk and water then add salt and pepper to taste then bring to boil. Keep cooking for about 10-20 minutes and add water spinach. Served with white rice,
