Chicken Marsala

I make this dish last week for our dinner. It is very easy to make and my family likes it even I don't put fresh parsley and I got this recipe from holland house marsala cooking wine that you can get in any supermarket and I have been try this recipe many times and taste really good. All you need is the ingredients below.

4 chicken skinless and boneless- cutlets
2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. butter
2 cups mushroom ( sliced)
3/4 Holland House Marsala Cooking wine
1/4 cup water
2 Tbsp. Fresh parsley
1/4 tsp. rosemary-( optional)

Preparation:
Pound chicken until thin. Dredge lightly on both sides with flour. In large skillet, melt butter and saute mushroom over meduim heat until browned. Remove and set aside. Add chicken to skillet and cook through. Remove to serving platter. Return mushrooms to pan and stir marsala, water, parsley and rosemary. Add a dash of salt and pepper. Heat and pour over chicken. Served with anykind of pasta.
Anyway, I had to go now my dh want to use my laptop to look for hydraulic floor jack for his brother.
