2 pieces Firm Tofu
1 slice pork belly
1/2 red onion( sliced)
dash of pepper
soysauce
venegar
dash of salt.
2 cups vegetable oil
1/2 cup flour
Preparation:
Wash and dry the tofu and slice in half then put aside. Wash pork belly and dry then add dash of salt and pepper then add flour and rolled the pork into the flour.. In the big pan add oil warm up then fry tofu, you can turn the tofu until both side is brown. Then put aside in a plate. It is turn to fry the pork remove when the pork is done and put in separate plate. I use flour because I don't one the oil to sprinkle everywhere when I fry the pork and tofu. I slice the pork and tofu and mixed altogether with the venegar, soysauce and onion. That's it I eat all of this with white rice for my lunch and dinner. I am done with my craving.
