Since my husband is picky eater, but he eat some kind of dish that not a lot of spicy. I tried my own vision of beef stew and my husband like it as well as my friends who came and visit me here. Here's the following ingredients that I used for my beef stew recipe. I didn't use red pepper cause my husband don't like pepper.

Ingridients:
1 package of Beef Strip
2 cans Cambells Beef gravy
1 small onion ( sliced)
1 clove garlic
1 meduim green pepper
2 meduim long carrots
3 meduim potatos
1 1/2 cans water( use the cambell beef gravy cans to measure the water)
1 tsp pepper
1 tablespoon salt
3 tablespoon butter

Procedure:
Wash and Cut the beef strip according to the sizes you want then put aside in the plate, then cut all the ingridients and put aside. In the pan heat the butter in meduim fire then sautee the garlic until brown then add onion, stir it until half cook and add beef let it brown both side of the beef then add gravy and water. Boil it about 30 minutes in meduim fire then add pepper, salt , carrot and potatos and bring it to boil in low fire until the beef, carrot and potatos is all cook then add pepper. Then continue to boil and taste it if it is enough. Serve with white rice.
