Squid Adobo


I cook this squid last night, because it has been a while since the last time I cook squid adobo. This is my dinner with white rice.

Ingredients:
Squid
garlic
onion
bay leaf
soysauce
pepper
venigar
oil

Preparation:
Clean the inside of the squid an wash it and drain. Cut the squid into ring pieces like it shown in the photo. Prepared all the ingredients. Then heat the pan and add oil. Fried the garlic, onion until a little brown and add the squid. Stir it and after 1-2 minutes add soysauce, venigar, pepper, bay left and mixed altogether then add a little bit water. Then simmer in a low fire. Tip. all you had to do is estimate the ingredients depend of how much you cook squid. Serve with white rice.

Matagal na rin akong hindi nakaluto ng squid. Although I don't cook adobo because Tim does not like it. :(
