This is I cook for our dinner. My husband likes this dish serve with mash potato and gravy. This is very easy to make and very simple and I don't really have recipe. When were invited one of the wedding long time ago. They serve chicken roll stuffing. The ingredient I could remember is wild rice and other seasoning. I don't really like that much instead. I substitute bread crumb stuffing, carrot, celery. My husband love it. This is american dish.
Ingredients:
3 breast chicken
1 piece celery
1 small size carrot
1 cup bread crumb stuffing
salt
pepper
1 tablespoon butter
1 cup boiling water
1 can Cambells chick gravy.
Topping:
Celery
Carrot
butter
boil water
bread crumb stuffing.
Preparation:
Bake 350'F -30-40 minutes
Wash the chicken and remove the fat, then slice the chicken in between the breast, but don't cut all the through. Make sure same size both side. Drain the chicken and sprinkle with salt and pepper both side. Slice the carrot and celery into piece while Boiling the water just a cup and use the boiling water at least less than half and pour in the big bowl. In big bowl, add 2 tablespoon butter, 1 cup bread crumb stuffing, carrot, celery. Mixed it then in chopping board flat each chicken and estimate the stuffing how much you put in each chicken, then roll and place in the pryrex. After you do the stuffing. Cover with foil and put it into the oven for about 30 minutes add gravy over and bake it again for about 15 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked. Thats all. It just very simple, but lot of work.
